Feature Request - Option to disable prompt when clearing a file

Hello ! Thank you for maintaining this wonderful project. Is it possible to add an option to disable the 'Clear file...' prompt when clearing a file ?

Right now I use CTRL+X and ENTER to clear, which really isn't bad at all. I have a special file that I write to, review and clear quite often. This would allow me to speed that process up just a tad bit more.
