Enhancement request: Column-select mode akin to what's available in Notepad++

I have many logs that contain date+time and/or pid information which prefixes each log line. It'd be very helpful to have an option to select text in column-mode. My current work-around is to copy text from klogg and paste it into a new Notepad++ document, then hold down ALT + click-drag-select text with my mouse to copy one more time, but only the columns and lines I want. Please consider making this feature a native option in Klogg.
