How to use with plugin "Resize Images" / multiple resolutions (@2x, @3x, ...)

I wonder if this plugin candle handle the situation where I have multiple sizes of an image in the same folder. Can it automatically pick a resolution depending on the viewers screen resolution? Or as a turnaround, take the biggest size of an image (i.e. [email protected] ?

I am sorry, but for now I do not have any spare time to support this plugin.
