Would it be possible to add integration with Google Chat webhooks.

@variadico Gonna try and take this up. Never wrote GoLang code but should be easy enough to do since GChat has incoming webhooks.

I am waiting for this eagerly. Is this something that is already developed? I could do some testing if needed.
