Sv homozygous recessive filter fails with 4 individuals

Describe the bug When a pedigree has four individuals and one is not related to any of the other members, the structural variant filter fails for the quick preset homozygous recessive.

The unrelated individual is not added to the query settings that are passed to the varfish-server-worker. It works when the individual is added. Fix the preset genotype setting in the frontend.
