Add support for blinking text

Note, this is ANSI blinking text (which gets turned on and off) vs the sort of blinking you can do right now by toggling invert on and off on a timer (as exemplified in the README)

I'm going to close this without adding it. I don't think most people need it, so it's probably not worth the implementation complexity involved.

If people want this feature later, we can consider reopening this.
