There's a new HTTP Server being developed for Swift that supports bi-directional streaming. We should migrate to it and use it. Will potentially require some significant reworking on how Vapor works and is set up

@fxposter it's a new HTTP server currently being developed by the SSWG. It should be public soon ™️ for us to start testing with
