Bug: it doesn't kill apps that are not in the app switcher but still in memory

for example if you use the tweak milkyway2 with this fix for iOS 14 you can launch an app without it being added to the app switcher (using the 3d touch option) and when you tap "clear" to quit all apps it doesn't quit that app.

I'm expecting a fix anytime soon but Im leaving this here because I would appreciate this information if I didn't discover it myself.
