deepcell cell segmentation

Hello, I have HE histopathology slides from head and neck cancer and I would like to perform nuclei segmentation on the slides. I would like to ask you, can I use deepcell to directly perform nuclei segmentation on my slices? Do you recommend me to do this? Is its effect much worse than after I trained with head and neck cancer slices? Also, if my own training set labels tumor nuclei, fibroblast nuclei, and lymphocyte nuclei, will deepcell also identify tumor nuclei, fibroblast nuclei, and lymphocyte nuclei?
