Save settings for "Enable skip silence" and "Volume Threshold"
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The "Enable skip silence" is automatically reset to false if I reload the page, or open a new page. The same happens to "Volume Threshold" (the playback speeds are saved).
Describe the solution you'd like I would like that these settings are saved always. Ideally that they are carried over would be a toggle in itself.
I just enabled storing those settings locally. In my tests, storing the "Enable skip silence" setting can be a little annoying though, as you might forget about it, are on a completely different video/platform and wonder why the video is skipping.
I'd suggest only storing that setting on a per-tab basis (i.e. when you switch to another tab, it won't enable automatically) so this problem won't won't come up. How does that sound to you?
If "Enable skip silence" is safed on a per tab basis it would probably work for the majority of cases, without being annoying. In combination with having a hotkey that simply toggles the "Enable skip silence", as you seem to have done in #32 for version 3, it seems like the best solution to me.
