Missing instance availability and pricing for local zones.
Amazon supports many local zones in US-east and US-West that are part of 'parent regions' but have different pricing.
Here is a screenshot of the list from https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSEC2/latest/UserGuide/using-regions-availability-zones.html#local-zones-available

These are not captured by the instance price mining tool.
Hey @EverettBerry - just following up from the Vantage Slack Community...I'm going to temporarily assign this to you to scope and prioritize going forward 🙌
The WARNING: Ignoring pricing errors are from these, https://aws.amazon.com/about-aws/global-infrastructure/localzones/locations/?pg=ln&cp=bn#GA.
There are also Wavelength Zones which are for 5G https://aws.amazon.com/wavelength/locations/?pg=ln&cp=bn which is why you see things like:
WARNING: Ignoring pricing - unknown location. instance=r5.2xlarge, location=Canada (BELL) - Toronto
WARNING: Ignoring pricing - unknown location. instance=t3.medium, location=Europe (Vodafone) - London
WARNING: Ignoring pricing - unknown location. instance=r5.2xlarge, location=US West (Verizon) - Phoenix
@rishikhan wanted to let you know that we've made an architectural change to the way we load regions that should make adding these much easier.
