Percent savings calculation for reserved instance (esp for convertibles)

A sortable column of "effective percent saved by reserved vs OD" would be helpful. When optimizing convertible RI, generally you want to apply them to the instance types with the highest discounts first. Thus a list of instance types by effective percent saved is a desirable feature.
