It is 2x and it's still worth to present that value - especially that the Multi-AZ is highly recommended for production usage and it's most certainly chosen more often than single-az setup. It can be an additional column which can be optionally filtered out. It would be handy to just be able to copy the Multi-AZ cost from vantage.sh instead of needing to manually multiply it.
