Feature requst: add EBS tab

Hello,

first of all, thanks a lot for the wonderful and handy work. One European representative from AWS told me that they actually use this tool when they are in a hurry to compare prices out...

Given the Elastic Block Storage section is as diversified and ugly as EC2 (now you are even supposed to open another page to check out old Magnetic pricing and specs), could we arrange an EBS tab too?

I'm not knowledgable enough about EBS to take this on — and didn't realize it had become so complicated — but it sounds like it could be helpful. PRs welcome as always.
