Feature request: Cost-per-thing column

Hi! Awesome site. I was wondering if it would be possible to allow an option for creating a new column based on linear combinations of other columns? Alternatively, the column that would be most helpful is just vCPU/cost (and maybe memory/cost)

I'd say item vs cost would be best. That way if I was looking for the best RAM "bang for the buck", I could sort by that.
