auto_editor_type: 'combo-grid'

It would be nice to have a hybrid "combo-grid" choice for the 'auto_editor_type' TableSpec config (current values are 'dropdown', 'combo' and 'grid'). The combo-grid would behave exactly the same as the combo does now, but clicking the trigger button would open the grid selector dialog. Typing in the field would expand/filter the dropdown list in the same way the combo setting does now
