Disable paging controls in grids with unsaved changes, or warn the user

Since changing the grid page loses any unsaved changes, these controls should be automatically disabled because this behavior might not be obvious to the user.

Alternatively, the system could warn and give the user the chance to abort when clicking.

The same should be done for other controls that cause a reload, like quick search, page size, and filters
