France's number is now 10 digits

France's phone numbers have 10digits, but this is when you include the national prefix, the 0 at the beginning of the phone number. However, when calling internationally, you do not use this national prefix, You use the international prefix + the phone number (without the national prefix).

So for example: French phone number when calling in France: 01 23 45 67 89 French phone number when calling internationally: +331 23 45 67 89

Which means that the number that you will need to input in the textfield that comes with this package will have a maximum length of 9 characters, since we are only taking the case of international phone numbers.
