option to set maximum duration of cookies

I found that I have cookies valid up to each year 2013 from 2025, and then some expiring on 2025, 2032, 2038, 2043, 2046, 2058, 2066, 2081, 2099, 2113 for a full 100 years. And some even went to expire on 2286 and maximum duration was up to year 10,000.

It is silly. Isn't it?

So, please consider giving setting option to force a maximum expiration date on all cookies.

Meaning, we say we want no cookies to be valid after one month or six month or one year, and you automatically change the expiration date of all cookies (that are valid beyond that date) to that date.

may be you can add option so that such a setting will be automatically applied to all cookies coming to our browser from sites, that all cookies get maximum expiration date set to this date selected by us above.

Thanks.

This would be beyond CM+ capabilities, because CM+ does not monitor any cookies until CM+ window is opened.
