A second Sign-in Form block crashes page

Product & Version VB v1.2.1 native.

Describe the bug If there is more than one Sign-in Form block on a page, it crashes the page.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. In this case there was a 2-pane Tab block on a page
2. Add a Sign-in Form block to each tab pane
3. Publish the page and close the Vanjaro panel
4. See error

Expected behavior The page editor accepts multiple Sign-In Forms when creating a page, so the expected behavior is that they will all be functional.

Current behavior Pages are limited to only having one Sign-in Form block.
