GIGO, but double-space should be cleaned up in import, IMO
Product & Version Vanjaro RC2 on DNN 9.9.1 hybrid site
Describe the bug When HTML content is converted to text blocks in Vanjaro, it does a literal translation. That's great except for when it vacuums up the most common offender of clean HTML - old school folks doing the annoying period-space-space after a sentence, a leftover from typewriter days that was officially declared as archaic earlier this year. I'm talking about nbsp-space.
I can't think of a reason to keep any space character HTML string that contains more than one space, can you? A solo nbsp to keep a couple of words together, great.
What I believe, in this order of logic:
-
multiple nbsp should be converted to a single nbsp
-
nbsp + " " should be converted to " "
