Issue with gtfToGenePred

On some installs genomepy annotation fails:

gtfToGenePred: error while loading shared libraries: libssl.so.1.0.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

This is likely an error with the ucsc-gtfToGenePred conda package.

I think it can be fixed by making sure the openssl=1 requirement is added:

mamba create -n genomepy genomepy openssl=1

I've seen that error from time to time, but only on the server, and not consistently. Let me know if its reproducible!

The gtfToGenePred bioconda recipe has an unpinned openssl in its requirements, so are you sure we need a pinned older version? (conda-forge has openssl3 for mac/linux, only windows is still stuck on v1)
