how to optimize live streaming frame rate ?

Hi~ vanevery, Sorry for my pool English first. Thanks for your code for JavaCV recording. It's help me a lot.

I modify this sample code implement a live streaming project. Now I can publish "rtmp" streaming but met an question.

Live video frame rate is too low(10~15fps). Have you met the same question before? Have any direction to optimize frame rate?

Here is My setting : Video Codec : H264 Audio Codec : AAC Resolution : 720*1280 Video bitrate : 192kbps
