Stream slow when given preview view hd size

Hi,

It streams good if put the preview size 320X240 as given in the example. however if I increase the size of the preview size so that it will fill up the screen size and will send highest possible camera resolution image through FFMpegRecord, it slows up the speed the stream.

If I go other way around and put the low possible resolution to FFMPegrecord, it gives us distorted image.. Can you help...
