Feature: Capture X-Ray segments and exceptions automatically

Hi there,

Given Vandium of course tries to make working with AWS services and events easier, it would be great if there was an option for Vandium v5 to include the possibility to automatically capture segments, event data and exceptions to be sent to AWS X-Ray as well.

Unfortunately my current work around isn't particularly PR-worthy, but thought to leave the feature request here regardless in case there's others eager to jump on it.
