Possible suggestion: label Vandium generated errors

When vandium generates errors, such as:

handler not defined for http method: PUT

Maybe it should say somewhere that this error was generated by vandium so that developers don't confuse these errors with native AWS errors, or errors in the developer's code.

Just a suggestion, I don't know if this is a politically correct thing to do though😐.
