Feature Request: Adding horizontal alignment distributed

We already have JUSTIFY, but would like a new DISTRIBUTED.

What would that mean/how would that look like?

I understand that JUSTIFY aligns the letters on both ends of the left and right when there are multiple lines. I want the text to be aligned on the left and right ends of the cell when there is one line.
