keepalive workflow stopped working

Description

This is a minor bug that only affects the trigger for running the tests in the event that no-one updates the library for long periods.

The keepalive workflow used in the GitHub Actions has stopped working, as discussed here. This requires a replacement with a library such as this.

Expected Behavior

The repo has a GitHub action to prevent GitHub from suspending your cronjob based triggers due to repository inactivity.
