JQuery's .change() event is not fired in IE on intermediate checkbox

Hi Martijn.

First of all, thanks for this very useful plugin. It saved my life :)

However I noticed one issue. In the latest commit d4ad1ada7873e075eade5cddb4b050b5145bcb06 the .change() event is not fired when the checkbox is in the intermediate state. This was working in an earlier commit 51acc3bdc64d7661d9f68bacd4aeb31e7e9e7b8c.

Also Edge support would be nice to have ;)
