[Feature] lobby vote to play/veto song

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. This would be a nice solution for players to skip maps in public lobbies that are bad or too hard etc.

Describe the solution you'd like Once the host selects the "play with lobby" button, have a quick vote to see if players wanna veto the host's selection (for public lobbies). make the vote require like 2/3 of the lobby for fairness of veto votes.

Describe alternatives you've considered Instead of this, maybe add an option to vote on maps that are in the host's library like the other mp mod does with its voting selection mode

Additional context Just an idea I came up with that you may be interested in implementing
