Make sure the module works with Solr 5.x

Seems like the module doesn't work properly when using with the latest releases

Afaik nope, I was hoping someone will ask for it :-). I'll add support in the next release.

Oh wow, I haven't kept up with Solr recently. Looks like it's already in 6.1.x. I need to get cracking on this. I'm open to transferring it to someone who's working with Solr actively.

I do not work with Solr actively - I just stumbled upon it while looking for existing modules as I am not really familiar with Solr.
