Documentation on running Hiro with PhantomJS

I can't seem to find any documentation on how to run Hiro using PhantomJS. I'm no expert on the subject but with a little help I could write up a small cookbook article.

We're actually just getting around to using this with Phantom.js over here, so maybe we can port over what we're working on as an extension to Hiro.
