Deaths by district are always 0

This feels like a very bleak GitHub issue to post, but when selecting a regional healthcare district, the 'Deaths' number is always 0. I wish it were true.

Ah, you're right, this is a regression. Apparently the new data endpoint doesn't use same healthcare areas for the deaths data, thanks for reporting.

Actually the endpoint doesn't return any healthcare district for the deaths, only the hospitals. So we should do some kind of mapping from TAYS, HYS, TYKS etc to health care districts to fix this.
