I've considered this and I haven't ruled it out yet, but one of the most difficult things I had to do was getting the pixely fonts for Sans and Papyrus...

mr. glowy eyes is disproportionately hard because the dialog box output is 1-bit, i'd need a special exception just for this case

Yeah, ITDHV is broken as hell on mobile. I haven't even started to look into why.
