Add some filtering to power/current measurements

This adds some filtering to the "current_now" or "power_now" readings, which keeps the remaining time estimate from jumping around quite so much.

MAX_SAMPLES = 60 gives 5 minutes of filtering at the default 5-second interval.

@valr Friendly ping - would you be able to review this improvement? I've been using it for quite some time now with no issues.
