General Volume Slider

General volume/gain slider at the top, which affects all audio objects on a website/tab.

At the moment, the extension displays a slider for each audio object, which is fine and useful. Though I experienced it to be quite annoying on some websites that have multiple audio objects and I want to hear them after each other. Problem is, that every time I start the next song, I have to adjust the gain for it. That's why I propose a slider at the top, which affects all audio objects on a website/tab.
