A follow up task for https://github.com/valora-inc/wallet/issues/2293. Add an E2E test for performance

Option 1

• Add tests in Detox to monitor performance

• Use mobile.dev - Example Upload Action

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] App cold start - uninstall / reinstall the app - check that time to initial education screen is <= 5000 ms.
• [ ] App hot start - background the app and then bring to front - check that time to initial education screen is <= 1500ms
• [ ] App warm start - ??? - check that time to initial education screen is <= 2000ms
