Popover hover opens other popover -> first popover on page

Bug description:

When hovering a popover I can see it is triggering for other popovers on the page

ngx-bootstrap: 18.1.2

Angular: 18.2.8

Bootstrap: 5.3.3

Build system: Angular CLI

Expected behavior

It should only open the popover that is hovered

Upgraded to angular 19 and the problem still persists
