6.2.0. V [ Nested confirmation modals : Child modal closes on parent modal close ]

Hi,

When i have a parent confirmation modal and when i close it, the child confirmation modal also close automatically. Please help me resolve this issue. This scenario was working in 6.0.0 and 6.1.0. Its now broken in 6.2.0.

I cannot go back to 6.0.0 as its a build issues with Ivy. 6.1.0 has a bug with nested modals backdrop freezing. Now 6.2.0 has issue with confirmation modals issue.

same problem, I think there's a bug on BsModalService
