using rng-browser.js: global is not defined (3.1.0)

Using the latest version of ng2-tree. Getting the same error as described in - https://github.com/kelektiv/node-uuid/issues/252.

(with node v9.11.1 and npm 6.0.1 ).

As per the issue reported - upgrading uuid to 3.2.1 should fix the issue.
