[feature request] add new versions to npm releases

Versions compatible with Angular 10+ aren't available through npm.

Add new releases to npm.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Potentially not using dragula, and building something comparable with angular cdk.

Anybody is looking into this. I think npm needed to have the proper version. Its still giving package from angular 6.
