Trying to install in Monterey

My original idea was to use this model to use macOS Ventura with a touch interface on a relatively modern computer mainly for office tasks, yesterday I did an installation of macOS however when using the Touchscreen, I noticed that the computer restarted every time I I closed the lid of the computer.

Today I was reading the comments and it seems that this problem is exclusive to ventura, therefore I downloaded Monterey from the App Store (17.6.70) and integrated it into this bootloader, for me it is more important to use the Touchscreen than to use the latest operating system (Ventura or Sonoma).

I have been trying to run the Flash memory installer for a while, however the installer does not advance from the loading screen with the white apple and the black background.

This is my log. What does it mean? What version of Monterey can u say it works out perfectly?
