valkey-helm Cluster support

Currently, the replicaCount simply spawns multiple valkey pods, but those pods do not act as a valkey cluster. It would be great for the chart to support this.

I also found a PVC bug. I agree, I will need to set replicaCount: 1 for now. But also, only one PVC is created in this chart. The following config will install but will never get past the init stage:

replicaCount: 3

...
dataStorage:
  enabled: true
  className: hcloud-volumes
  requestedSize: 10Gi
  accessModes:
    - ReadWriteOnce

This is because it only creates one PVC, which all the containers try to attach to, and obviously that cannot work. The replicas in the cluster would need to each create their own PVC as well.

One problem is that your PVC access mode is ReadWriteOnce, so it can only be mounted once. If you changed that to ReadWriteMany, multiple pods could mount it.

Having multiple pods share a PVC is probably not a good idea though. Each pod should have their own PVC, and act as a cluster (that is the purpose of this issue).
