Weather not working due to Google "suspicious activity" captcha

Repro ExplorerPatcher versions
Weather does not work even on latest version because Googles "Suspicious activity detected" Captcha page comes up. Reinstalled ExplorerPatcher. Didn't fix issue.

Describe the bug
I went to california and the weather stopped working because Google detected "suspicious activity on my IP address" and is still not working in my home location. no way to click the checkbox in the warning
Expected outcome
Tried deleting the cache folder for the weather host and didnt work. At least should be able to click the check the box on the google warning but cant because it changes to the "no internet connection" screen
Actual outcome
The google suspicious activity message prevents the weather in the taskbar from working
