White line above Select playback device in Windows 10 Sound flyout

Windhawk (issue still persists with it disabled)
Describe the bug
When using the Windows 10 sound flyout, a white line appears above it when it is opened
Expected outcome
No line above audio flyout
Actual outcome
White line above the audio flyout

It's not a duplicate of #2323 though, The line is above the sound menu, not inside. I also already have the windhawk tweak applied in the screenshots I provided.
I can see the white line in the light theme as well. The dark theme makes it easier to see though.
