Describe the bug

1. Install newest explorer patcher
2. turn on windows 10 (ep) taskbar
3. enable searchbox
4. enjoy :)

Expected outcome

Non-fixed searchbox size that can fit "Чтобы начать поиск, введите здесь запрос" text

Actual outcome

Searchbox in windows 10 ep taskbar have a fixed size that not optimized for long text on russian
