explorer flashes on every attempt to open network flyout but flyout doesn't open - how to debug?

install ExplorerPatcher 22631.5335.68.2 set network flyout to win10 restart explorer click on network icon in tray tray disappears then reappears, no network flyout
Expected outcome
network 10 flyout should open
Actual outcome
tray disappears then reappears, no network flyout

Please post windows version and build. You can find this by running winver. Please include if you are running x86-64 or Arm. And what language your windows is in.
Oh, yeah. ISO name doesn't give all that and with updates...

Hmmmm....ok. I'll dig deeper. Maybe there's a service I've disabled which that flyout requires. Thanks for investigating.
