did you try the latest release of it? https://github.com/valinet/ExplorerPatcher/releases/tag/22631.5335.68.2_14807a5
because the version of EP you tested 22621.2861.62.2 is from Jan 25, 2024 and didn't have a version for arm yet.
Repro Windows Versions
Windows 11: ARM 22621.4317.67.1
I'm not sure why you posted another EP version here. This is for posting the windows version you are currently running? You can find out by running the command winver.
and as for the taskbar, try this:
Open up EP Properties application, go to taskbar, and set taskbar style to Windows 10 (ExplorerPatcher), not Windows 10. We no longer offer more support on the stock Windows 10 taskbar.

@pyrates999 Thanks for your quick response. The App version I pasted, the bug originally found on 22621.2861.62.2, and it also repro on 22621.4317.67.1. Could you please take a look at the bug again? Thanks!
Does this problem continue on 22631.5335.68.2 ?
Please post windows version and build. You can find this by running winver. And what language your windows is in. Or is this an internal version that you're testing it on?
I know it is an Arm version of windows.
As far as I know, EP no longer automatically changes to the windows 10 taskbar. You have to set the taskbar to that. So it will stay on the bottom. Here's how to change it:
Open up EP Properties application, go to taskbar, and set taskbar style to Windows 10 (ExplorerPatcher), not Windows 10. We no longer offer more support on the stock Windows 10 taskbar.

The Windows version is: 27547.1000, we also verified it on 27882.1000 and 26120.4451 with EP v22631.5335.68.2. Issue still repro.
on a working arm version of windows, can you post a screen shot of what you expect it to look like?
@pyrates999 please refer to this picture.
Open up EP Properties application. Click on taskbar on the left side. What option is primary taskbar alignment set to?
1.Verified the issue by setting the Taskbar style to Windows10(ExplorerPatcher) and found the issue to be Not Repro. 2.Primary taskbar alignment is set to "At screen edge(default)" by default in the application.
Ok, so after installing EP. You set taskbar style to Windows10 (ExplorerPatcher). And Primary taskbar alignment is set to At screen edge (default), then the start button shows on the left side?
But if you leave the taskbar style set to windows 11, and Primary taskbar alignment is set to At screen edge (default), the start button stays in the middle?
Can you go into the windows Settings, and go to Personalization -> Taskbar -> Taskbar Behavior. What is Taskbar Alignment set to? Left or Center or another value?

Yes, we are observing the same behaviour as explained below. After installing EP. You set taskbar style to Windows10 (ExplorerPatcher). And Primary taskbar alignment is set to At screen edge (default), then the start button shows on the left side. But if you leave the taskbar style set to windows 11, and Primary taskbar alignment is set to At screen edge (default), the start button stays in the middle.
Thank you for clarifying. Please wait for a developer to respond.
