ep_taskbar ExtendedUI not displaying properly on RTL layouts

Repro ExplorerPatcher versions

ExplorerPatcher 67.1 (from Windhawk server on Discord)

Repro Windows Versions

Windows 11 22H2 22621.3880 x64

3rd party tweak software installed

None

Describe the bug

  1. Install EP.
  2. Enable Windows 10 (ExplorerPatcher) taskbar and restart Explorer.
  3. Hover over an open app's icon to display the ExtendedUI.
  4. The close button renders completely wrong, but its hitbox is correct.

Expected outcome

The close button should be on the top left corner.

Actual outcome

The close button visually spans the entire width or just one pixel.

there's also a newer release here: https://github.com/valinet/ExplorerPatcher/releases/tag/22631.5335.68.2_14807a5

it may not fix it, but I would still update to it.
