When disabling window rounding, all right-click menus have a white stroke

Describe the bug
When the "Disable window rounding" option is enabled in the properties window, a large number of right-click menus will have a white outline, including but not limited to File/folder, taskbar right-click menu, taskbar tray icon right-click, etc. In addition to invoking the WindowsAPI's right-click menu,WebView applications such as the Clash Verge menu will also have a white outline
Expected outcome
Personally, I think the white stroke is redundant, but obviously the idea can't be adapted to both disable rounded corners and right-click menus in Windows 10
Actual outcome
see bug info
Additional info
In addition, there is no white stroke when using ExplorerPatcher's win10 menu options and win11-toggle-rounded-corners

@HowXu The new window rounding disabling method unfortunately doesn't keep the same behavior as the old one. Would be a long while until I can restore the old method. Sorry about this...
